    I dunno how things started i was away but can 100% attest to seeing multiple soc's before sandman asked me to record events. Guy would kill command during combat or leave the game & switch names to try to hide himself forgetting the steam ID is recorded... I'm a nobody compared to yall admins but personally I recommend more that the standard punishment for SOC especially considering he knowingly and consistently abused SOC after warnings of it being a rule.
