Performing cop duties as admin seems to be going on. This is highly broken. Admins have access to noclipping, invisibility, etc.

The only thing I know about this is admins have admin job as a rebel, so technically they're undercover. -

Do you mean admins cuffing players while not a cop? - If they are doing that. Please change into Barney skin or switching to cop.

My situation:
Admin (as rebel in scorelist) in cop uniform, but invisible beside me. I kill him.
Suspect of being the target of fuckery, I record.
He comes back to cuff me. Demo shows him saying he noticed he was invisible so turned it off to arrest me. Demo clearly shows him resuming "no clipping" after the fact through the chat. Somehow that doesn't add up.
This is a little too convenient. Just because you didn't actively clip to get beside me, or cuff me while invisible, doesn't mean you're not using it for unfair gain.

I heard people complaining that some admins use their powers such as invisibility to cuff players and perhaps noclipping. I hope that it is not true but there are many stories of such things. -
This is abuse! If you see any admins doing that- Cuffing players as invis or using noclip to get close to you. Please record it and get any other proof.

I didnt see any if this in action, I've just been hearing around that players go "wtf you using invisibility to cuff" all sorta stuff. -

Easy fix to all this, add admins to the cop count.
instead of having only cops count toward the minimum requirement for rebels being able to plant, have admins count toward this requirement as well.
EX:
1 Cop, 2 admins
0 Cop, 3 admins
2 Cop, 1 admin
3 Cop, 0 admin
ect. ect. ect... -

I'll post here in response to polskon. I am the admin he was talking about that cuffed him while invis.
I was noclipping and invis previously to just watch over the server without being killed all the time, as a few people were killing me repeatedly and I was just wanting to admin. After taking a break, I went back into normal play, changing my skin to barney and going undercover cop, since we only had one cop on at the time. I then proceeded to walk up to polskon who had bounty, and just stared at him. He shottied me, so I ran up to him again with intent to cuff. After cuffing and jailing him, I was yelled at for being invisible, which I promptly fixed. I apologized, and polskon began complaining about admins no-clipping invis and cuffing people. I would like to clarify that no-clip was not used to arrest him. Afterwards, I was helping Hawk(I believe) figure out why a garage door was unlockable, and was noclipping to see the inside of the garage. Polskon then complained about me using no-clip, saying I was obviously using it for abuse. Multiple people informed him I was helping with admin issues, and he quieted down after that. I switched back to my normal skin after a second cop came online.
I take full responsibility for cuffing while invis, as it was an honest mistake that could have been avoided if I was paying more attention. I will do everything in my power to not let this happen again, and I apologize to polskon if I angered him and made him question the integrity of our admins.
