Pretty much everyone who was a regular at "Manni's RP" seem to be pure RDMers, really annoying to play with.

The only thing I really agree with this guy on is the Bank Safe Zone, it's benefits are outweighed by how often it's abused.

If I understand correctly you're upset that they banned you for binding items because, being able to bind items can be disabled easily? I'm not sure if that's true but if it is I hope it's done.

If you break a server rule why wouldn't you expect to be banned?

We've been running this server for the past 4 years, I think we know what were doing.

You're initial ban was for binding suit, which you have a previous ban for, when you get banned for the same thing twice within a week that tells me that you're the kind of person who doesn't learn from his mistakes. You were also banned for camping in the bank to avoid cuff, Yes other people had crime but that's not the point when he came after you to arrest you, you should have let him and that demo would have had nothing to do with you're ban. I extended it at the request of a higher up admin. Not to mention that your ban request was on a rule that does not exist in any of the rule sets on our MOTD, yes it is a given that cops and admins act fairly to ALL players and try to disassociate themselves however that doesn't happen anywhere. Sorry this isn't a utopia where everyone is treated the same.

You don't agree with your ban? You take it to the Ban Appeals section right above Ban Requests and Appeal it, not make a thread trying to get the guy who reported you banned that just reflects poorly on you. When I banned you I was being fairly lenient compared to other admins.

As for fixing the binding issue, that would require us to edit the code of SourceMod the mod that without it RP Servers would likely not exist....Yea no.

Lag spikes? The server is hosted on the East Coast of North America, not our fault it lags for you because you live in Europe. Yes there are crashes/spikes caused by the RP Mod itself but asking for it to be 100% Optimized is stupid, this is a custom RP mod that does not have to exist at all, no one is obliged to make it perfect.
