What are the basic rules as Civil Protection?: No RDM, no door-breaking below 4k crime, help new players, no "my friend" exceptions, give 50$ tour inside PD (lol).
What is the function the Civil Protection?: Catch people with 1800+ crime and help around.
If a player were to be rdming you what do you do?: Nothing, when he reaches 1800+ I'll try to get him in jail.
