This person blatantly doesn't care about the rules, just present the below format and I'll give him a short ban, even if it is a small rule his bad attitude left unkempt will spread and more people will do it.

I need to see a picture of him in the bank.

This same user was no only camping but was killing in the bank also. I also had a very hard time with the video recording but i think i got a few miniutes in the second half as of 9 ish eastern. If i can figure it out iwill put it up. I forced him out of bank and vip jailed him (for killing people while in safe zone including me twice and camping), then he rage quited. I will work on the video (if i auctually did record anything) and oat was present at the time. But this is a multiple offence by the same user caught by 2 diffferent cops.
