-re worked police scanners and jammers.
-Scanners Will now put tracers on any player with a bounty
-Jammers will jam these tracers from being put on you
Cost is 6k for scanner 5k for jammer.
Scanner lasts 5 minutes jammer lasts 10.
-Changed less than lethal equipment. Now removes stun after 15 seconds.
-Bug fixes related to resets.

I like the new Scanner / Jammers but as a Cop I don't like how Jammers also remove Bounty Circles from around the player.
I understand it Jammering Scanners but not the circles when I'm clearly looking at someone.
I've yet to test exact length of time in game yet but Jammers and Scanners are only 1k apart and Jammers have double the duration that Scanners do while being the cheaper of the two, that seems abit off to me. (Durations based off above Quote of changes)

I didnt change them from the originals, just re worked them to trace ppl with crime and not cops. Jammers are your only defense when you have a high bounty and are hiding. Ill adjust the timers and the effects on rings
