seems to me that this is how it works.....
Syle can Generate a RULE without discussion and have it Published
Eas can Generate a RULE without discussion and have it Published
Anyone [owner, dev, staff, admin, player etc] can propose a rule in the Forum. It can be discussed there, but needs Approval from Syle or Eas before it can be Published as a RULE.
A rule is not a RULE until it is Published [in MOTD and Wiki].
- the[current] structure of the Forum does not lend itself to being the place to store RULES for general [and easy] access.
-the MOTD contains RULES in a summarised form [short, sharp, shiny]. Everything should be as simple as possible but NO SIMPLER. Oversimplification leds to ambiguity. It is the Quick Start guide.
-the Wiki contains RULES [with expansions and explanations] and Player Information. RP concepts can be elucidated here. It is the User Manual.
Currently, I think that MOTD links to Forum which links to Wiki.
