Why are you applying for Civil Protection?:
Mine as well, going back to the game again and not many cops get on and stay as cop atleast when from my experience I have seen 3+ cops which is ok but not when theres people with cops and not switching to them when there is no one on the cop side.

What are the basic rules as Civil Protection?:
Not to kill people without being provoked first and not abuse cop powers, common sense really.

What is the function the Civil Protection?:
Recycle crime, roleplaying(I guess), theres more I just cant think of them atm
