except noone has provided any evidence or insight on what's went on aside from a couple of paragraphs.

it'd be a lot more clear if action needed to be taken if we had video of the events.

In light of no evidence being brought forth, there are somethings we're overlooking here.
1. Witness accounts from credible members of the community.
2. Numerous witnesses.
3. Witnesses stories all corroborate, and all stories remain close to what is being reported.

In this instance, albeit a very rare instance; I will be issuing a 1 day ban and temporary demotion of 1 week.

After this, when the accused returns to his position. If it happens again, we will require at the least, video evidence.
I suggest you use this time to find a suitable program, and learn how to use it.
