in a more serious matter I want to see a bigger presence of gangs and such. It adds a lot more conflict and fun to the game

I would love to see an indepth gang system where there are sorta ranks and the leader can do more with a gang.
I'd also like to see Casinos added but instead of like a building you can gamble in, have a player become a gambler and can gamble with other players like rolling the dice or something.

But then there is that killing during the gamblings might cause trouble and casino no kill zones would probably cause mis usages and wrondoings, maybe something can be figured out.

Valid point there didn't even think of the idea of losing then killing them for the winnings. We would almost need like a map that contains an actual casino and gambling areas where people can't be killed in those certain rooms.

it'd add a little more fun risk. You could even hire people to protect the casino while it's open. Just make a rule for your personal casino (not a server rule) That weapons are not allowed inside the casino.
