So yeh, title says it all.
I was recently jailed on the street (another bug I presume, or just jails set up outside the building), and I found I was able to still rob, plant and shank any nigs in my path while doing it. I wanna say I had inventory access as well, but that's a test I'd have to run again to know for sure.
