Do you have names since this falls under a rule we have and it sounds like Ban Hammer Time.

I'd say move it to the admin section before more people see it.

I'd rather Ban Hammer people.

But to be honest I think the Bug Report Section should be open to public to post but only the Author and Admins should be able to see the report that was made.
