As the title suggests, this is not as urgent as some of the other issues that need facing.
INTERACTIVE JAIL
There are ~10-20 unused rooms in each PD..
as of (semi)recent, these were used for PD housing if cops wished to relinquish their rebel homes.
I have a better idea for these rooms..
GIVE PRISONERS SHIT TO DO
Current jails/prisons have systems in place for prisoners to make money behind bars.. wage just doesn't feel right/justified.
JOBS YOU CAN HAVE BEHIND BARS:
Make weapon parts for the weapon shop
Make locks for the locksmith
Make an npc to sell drugs to within the PD for any contraband that happens to make its way past cops.. penalize cops a little when a successful sale is made.
GIVE THE "Jail Guard" THE ABILITY TO LENGTHEN SENTENCES WITHIN A CODED & RULED POLICY
THIS IS PURELY CONCEPTUAL... I AM NOT ASKING THIS GETS CODED IN ASAP & DON'T EXPECT QUICK TURNAROUND ON THIS SUGGESTION.

- Give them access to certain doors throughout the PD for various function
- Pay cops for holding prisoners

- Contraband sold within the PD doubles in value
- Payment goes straight to cash

- If a rebel is caught selling contraband.. allow a sentence extension
- If a rebel makes his way to a non-allowed area, allow a sentence extension.
