    Why you got banned: At first I got banned for constantly rdming doom and eventually he got mad because he sucks at deathmatch. So he banned me bc of cheating. Then I talked to 420alex then they changed ban to me itembinding and killing under 10s and occurring 800k within 2 hours? Yes I admit I menubinded using my revolver which is hardly a crime for a perm ban. Then I killed one person with 8 hours while I'm at 2... Then blue does around 3-4m drop today then personally gives me 200k.. Admins never gave me a chance to explain.. They just banned me for no reason because I am honestly better than them.

    Other Information you think we should know: Second time i've been banned for cheating.. Really? Is there any smart admins out there?!

    This doesn't matter. Under 10s can't kill Under 10s.


    I honestly doubt Doom banned you due to out DMing him. If I recall correctly the ban was for Aimbot which is honestly hard to prove in the first place but if there were tons of complaints then it's warranted just not a Perm one unless it's obvious as all hell.

    The cash thing should have been looked at in the logs first since thats easy to do.

  • Did I say it warranted a Perm Ban, I said the Under 10 being 8 and you 2 doesn't matter.

    Edit - Killing under 10's , menu binds , unexplainable wealth.

    This is what you're Permed for which doesn't sound right to me.

    Menu Binds are a NoNo, Killing under 10's is a NoNo but these together shouldn't have gotten you more than 3-4 days ban.

    Wealth thing can/will be looked into.

    The only other thing that could or may be added or not mentioned thus far is your attitude and choice of words with said Admins.

  • Well this is the second time I've been perm banned with no actual reasoning to why.. Other than some admin that says I hack.. and you want me to be nice and friendly over it? I only used item bind for a couple of hours which was harmless and I killed one under 10? and that results in 3-4 day ban? Seriously

    Your admins didn't check the logs because they would rather perm ban because they accused me of hacking..

  • It wouldn't be the Under 10s alone, it'd be Item Binding mainly which is frowned upon here. There is no minimum and maximum when it comes to sentencing it all boils down to the Admin that banned you however others may step in if it seems over-excessive.

    Now you spent quite abit of it too but that literally explains your current spike of wealth.

  • I would like to pitch in that this player was trolling the server last night (on the verge of over trolling) with constant dm to everyone. I have no proof but could suspect some sort of aim assistance with the shots he was pulling off.


    yesterday -at least- it seemed he was trying to just get the server mad, and quit, rather than bring fun to the table and let everyone else enjoy their time.

    cant really see his presence as a positive thing tbh

  • Well we need more proof then the shots seem too unreal.

    Killing Everyone like Sidezz, Koipe and many others do isn't Over Trolling. We've been over this term countless times now.

    People can be dicks or should I rephrase it to people will be dicks.

    I need the Admins in question to chime in here so we can resolve this, whether that be Unbanning or Changing the Ban or providing evidence that Null Core or something else is actually being used.

    Just for future reference. Yeah, it happens that an admin may or may not act rashly as they think it is for the best in the current situation. And like you posted an appeal, that's a good response.
