Why are you applying for Civil Protection?: To catch CRIMINALS and also go on duty when no others are online

What are the basic rules as Civil Protection?: Do not RDM, Do not Favor, Do not unless other people's prisoners

What is the function the Civil Protection?: TO balance the economy by arresting those who choose jobs that get crime

If a player were to be rdming you what do you do?: Shoot at them if they shoot first.

How much time can you dedicate to the server(Include time zone):? Many hours

How will you benefit the server?: By inviteing friends and giving people an additional reason to play

Is this your first time as Civil Protection?: No

A new player has joined the servers and no admins are on, how will you help this player?: Help him with commands and questions.

Anything else you would like to add?: I will not be favoring any resistance or anyone else. about that beer i owed ya....

I've seen Kuro online alot, but I've never seen him active, always AFK. That doesn't necessarily mean we're in the same time zone, and that he may be active when it's 3 am for me.

Seeing this is titled #2 application for cop and the attempt at it just seems like a 2 second job, Doesn't seem to serious about wanting cop priv. See him on a bit, most of the time afk or dm'n. I personally would -1 this application just on the basis of what Volar and I stated about the effort put into this application. But I am going to sit on the fence atm, too see if his attitude towards this matter improves a bit. (Seen alot of well thought out cop applications, even from newer players than Kuro)

When he is on he's always dming and asking people to join some resistance. I do agree with IDaab and Volar it seems half assed. I personally get the vibe that everything is a joke to him so I'm definitely with IDaab I'll be on the fence until he improves a bit if he does.

@KuroShukun If I see an improvement in your demeanor/attitude towards this "Topic".. Both in game and on forums. Then I am willing to give you a +1. You could start off with even the simplest of things (Helping new players, ect.)
