What rules did said player break?: Suiciding to avoid being cuffed. He had about 3800 crime at the time and i chased him for about 5 minutes and then he suicided just as i was about to get him.
Your description of what your demo/screenshots contains: I had screenshots of the console logs at the time but for some reason they didn't upload. They were proving he had a bounty(at least 3000 crime) with Hozza asking to take it, and then also the chat after he suicided to avoid being cuffed.
Witnesses at the scene: Hozza (he doesn't have a forum account but you can see in the logs he was talking about the SOC)
Was there an admin online at the time?: No
If the previous question was yes why did they not deal with this?: N/A
Does this player have any previous bans?: I thought he was a new player but apparently he has been banned in the past for grenade glitch killing thunder shorts and recording it. (this section has been edited due to new developments)
