if anyone knows how to fix this please tell me .... when i walk around the map spazzes out and when i get near an npc they seem to stretch... ive included some pics so you can see what i mean

Try deleting all our files and models then verify your game files and join again(Downloads all our files fresh).

this issue is caused due to macs poor integrated graphics cards. I am guessing you have a 2011 ish macbook pro.
only thing you can do is try to update video drivers
also lowering graphics settings could help
this is a known bug in source 2009 games, for example CSS has the same issue with npc faces.

Thats why you dont play on a MAC
