      • /cancelbribe - cancels your outgoing bribe
Unaccepted bribes are removed after 30 seconds to prevent cops from accepting it at the last second
      • /bail <name> <amount> - A non-jailed player can send a bribe to the cop who jailed a player
Example: puppy is sent to jail by 0at, “/bail puppy 5000” sends a bribe to 0at for $5,000 to release puppy and the money is taken out of your bank if it is accepted
If puppy already sent a bribe, whoever offered more is available for the cop
      • Pressing R on a door gives an option to use a doorhack/lockpick on it

For the gang stuff, i think its a good idea to allow them to own homes but there needs to be a cap on gang members in respect to the potential property they could acquire.

      Source Code

      1. Creating a gang costs 150k
      2. Gang members may own an apartment house outside of the gang base
      3. Gangs are limited to 5 members (6 counting leader), an additional 4 slots can be purchased, costing 250k, and 350k respectively
      4. making the maximum amount of gang members 15, which means the max amount of homes that will be owned is 15.

something like this is more balanced, there is only so many apartments on each map.

Kill streak shit seems highly exploitable, needs more refinement.
    • for Killstreaks, maybe have a 3-6 minute cooldown when getting points from killing the same person to prevent cheating
this wouldn't apply for cop kills

      more ideas:
pressing E on a cuffed player lets you choose to cuffsaw them
pressing R on a door also lets you choose to break locks and then an amount of locks, if you own the door you can choose to remove or add locks
anything that lets you do stuff without using /items since a 1m+ inventory can be annoying to navigate

downside of having a massive inventory, making stuff in menus as well just seems redundant to me. ill do the bribe shit tho

So we're changing our mind from the previous Rules that you decided on which seem fine.
      ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
All rules that apply to regular players apply to Gang Members.
      A Gang has one Base.
Gang members do not Own(/buydoor) any doors outside the Base.
      - Vips are exempt from this and may own their VIP Apartment but cannot have keys elsewhere.
Gangs are limited to 7 Props per Gang Member, Max 35 Props.
      - This means 5 Members Caps the amount of Props a Gang gets but doesn't discourage having more than 5.
Gang Members receive a Gang Job upon joining a Gang which takes up the /switch command thus Gang Members may not be Cops.
      ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The VIPs is something you added that wasn't originally in the Ruleset.

The only thing I like or find fitting out of the proposed Gang Changes is being able to purchase additional slots for members but I'd cap it at 8 max from the current 5.
We initially lowered and came up with these Rules due to having an Influx of Gangs at the time and some Gangs having way too many members resulting in a Gang of 10 or 15 members attacking a Gang of 3 people.
We had several issues with this that needed addressing and these Rules are what made that issue go away.
The Server only has so many Slots and we don't need a repeat of the past where half or a third of the Server is all in the same Gang again.

imo there should be more restrictions on gang bases
for example, Josh owns a gang and a 4.5m house but the house is not a gang base so half the server lives in it without having to be in his gang, basically making an inexplicit gang with tons of members acting as a gang

      what I propose:
      - owning a gang requires your house to be a gang base
      - only gang members can have keys to the gang base (already a rule)
      - being in a gang means you can only have keys to the gang base and other gang member's apartments (assuming that gang members would be allowed to own an apartment outside of the gang base)
if the following was implemented, I would recommend a command to give keys back or automatically remove the keys you own on creating/joining a gang and perhaps automatically share apartment keys between gang members (only other gang members could have keys to the apartment)

this would leave Josh (in this example) with the choice of dedicating the base to the gang so only gang members are acting as a gang, or disbanding the gang and losing the benefits of a gang but allowing tons people to live there without it being considered an 'OP' 'gang'

more on why I want gang members to be allowed to own apartments:
if 32 players owned a house and 4 gangs were made, each consisting of 8 players, the number of houses available and purchased is still the same so stopping gang members from owning apartments doesn't prevent any shortage of houses for other players
you can almost see this in Josh's base where many of the keyholders live in the base yet own houses outside of it
anyways, the goal is to give gang members some individual freedom outside of the gang since other gang members aren't always online to function as a gang so having the option to control your own property would be appreciated
