The police taser is a weapon that incapacitates (ragdolls) the target for 5 seconds, allowing police to either cuff or execute the criminal during their ragdolled state. For the sake of balance, the weapon only has one bullet and functions like a pistol in terms of weapon model and accuracy. All that's needed is a custom sound and the code to rag-doll someone on impact. All police ranks will receive the taser. It will not be dropped as an item on death, similarly to how the stunbaton isn't. For further balance, tasering someone won't automatically cuff them.
The purpose of this weapon is to provide a small buff to the police, as the current rules inhibit police from engaging criminals with use of force - even those with a bounty - often resulting in one-hit revolver headshot deaths. Due to the accuracy of the pistol, the taser will often miss - almost always at long ranges - making the weapon an interesting dynamic when fighting players with a considerable skill curve with weapons such as the revolver. For the sake of fairness, the taser can be used on anyone who attacks a police officer; regardless of their crime. It would then be up to the tasee to either kill or leave the ragdolled player to recover. The taser deals no damage, and has no purchasable ammunition.
