I have a couple suggestions to float regarding dailies, with Vandalism in particular.
It's unanimous that the "Vandalism" daily (breaking locks) costs too much money invested for such a low tier reward (often fluff like SMGs, stunsticks and crowbars). For me and many others, this is an instant "Reroll."
There are a few approaches to replace Vandalism in the case of its removal. Here are a few:
1) The majority of the dailies don't go to Level 4. Perhaps bump up Criminal and/or Pennypicker to go to 4, as both of these can often be satisfied within the flow/natural chaos of the game, posing a solid challenge as they're intended but not requiring a particularly active server. Obviously, there are concerns of too many prizes being handed out if there are more quality dailies, but that can be neutralized by upping those couple challenges and outright deleting Vandalism.
2) Replace Vandalism with a daily pertaining to the "Hacker" job, maybe based on the completion of puzzles.
Personally I like #1, but I've heard some support for #2 also.
