What rules did said player break?: Mic spamming
Your description of what your demo/screenshots contains: For the 4th day he has come on and mic spammed for 45 minutes. Rat Meat signed in, and as he saw Rat Meats name connecting, he said "FUCK YOU RAT MEAT" and logged off. He did the same exact thing the other day when Hand of DOOM was connecting to mute him. He is either a troll or has serious mental issues. Though at this point, he shouldn't be allowed back on the server. His only goal here is to annoy as many as possible. He also has Kist, ChiefBeepBoop and DubstepKicks on his steam friends list.

Was there an admin online at the time?: No
If the previous question was yes why did they not deal with this?:
Does this player have any previous bans?: Yes. 2 days ago Hand of Doom banned him for 24 hours for mic spamming. Admin have also tried to mute him twice before. He obviously knows who the admin are, because he always signs off when he sees them log in.
