    I want to ask every single player on the server, WAS THAT ESCAPING FROM COMBAT?



    For me (clearly): I spawned, looked if the air is clean (it was), stopped, went in my menu to take out some guns, registered I could switch to not waste money, and switched. Didn't even register he shot at me.

    (btw. you as spectator can focus on what happened in the casino, I saw that in the video after, but while I was playing I was focused on my menu and thinking about saving money.)

    I don't care if I get unbanned or not. I just want to let everyone see, what's going on. dash

  • Well it was me fighting in the Casino against dede, he than run out while you already tried to switch - this just proofs it already, that u didnt DOC on purpose, and since u wasnt in combat, fighting, trying to get away or anything this is just clearly admin abuse. Its sad that the Admins on the Server are still just playing for themself - you should try to get the Server running and not destroy it even more with some stupid bans.

    Its also kinda cringe to spam "send dem, send dem, send dem" when u can clearly see it wasnt on purpose in the Video. Also I just got muted because they cant handle the thruth..

    Cop abuse reports that do not include a demo (.dem file) may be instantly denied.
    In this case, it would be denzel, epix me and the admin staff.

    I insisted that he would upload the WHOLE .dem file because it shows that I shoot him while he was outside switching jobs.

    It's not cringe to ask for the entire demo file because you can move the camera angle this way and you will see me NOT ONLY BEING outside but also shooting at him. Additionally, i killed him before so it was very stupid to switch job in front of the casino door, the place where he got killed and there was a high likelihood that this would've happened again. It's also funny how denzel changes his mind in dm's very quickly, as he knew this was against the rule and accepted it and yet still intended to do a forum post(see Attachments, you may need a translator for it). I don't see anything wrong with this ban but I invite other admins or staff members to prove me wrong.

    Personally, I think denzel is not a healthy part of this community, not that long ago he tried to instigate me into doing an illegal prop for Epix and Kizaru and if they would get caught and deleted they would shift the blame towards Doon( so was his plan). I don't think I can add anything more until we perhaps get whole .dem File.

    Yeah a demofile where u can see smth he didnt see and know would be really worth. Well I understand that ofc, but u clearly see that this wasnt on purpose - if you say otherwise ur just lieing and you can close this thread, makes absolutly nonsense to keep talking if ur declining this fact. When he FIRST tried to switch the Job (he wrote smth wrong) you were still IN THE CASINO fighting with ME cmon dude, thats stupid.

    Its not his fault that he spawns there, and yes - as you can see in the Video he spawned there and just moved away from the open street which is just a normal play - so should you normally run from a to b just so you can switch ur Job?

    I can speak and read german pretty good, but I cant see on your screenshort where he admitted the soc?

    Personally, I think how you Admins handle stuff like that ist not healthy for the community.
    The Prop has firstly, nothing to do with this Situation, 2nd it wasnt an illegal prop at all - you just didnt understand it and 3rd this with doom was a fking joke and you know that lol.

  • Witness here. 2 admin were witness one was involved. I was recording demo, as I always am when online. I was asked to provide it to adminz so I sent them the file. Denzel knows the rules, so does Epix, so does Kizaru. Lots of constant drama from them. Seems a pattern is once again emerging. It looks rather similar to the pattern from 2019, when they were last active.

    They know the rules. Rules that are easy to follow. Why not just follow them?

    It wasnt Denzel who said we blame doom, it was me and it was obv just a joke. Admins can just look who spawned that Prop so what are you even trying here?

    I dont know if you had a tought day because you are really really mad today, but this randomness needs to stop.

    You can see in the Video that he already tried to switch before you went out of the Bank and you can obv. see that it was not on purpose. He tried to switch before you were out of the bank and he ALREADY tried to switch the second time before you jumped out of the Bank. You can see the door opening while he starts the second time writing /Switch. I dont know what the problem is here and why he gets directly banned for 1 Day. You could just warn him and say yo chill dont do it even if it wasnt on purpose. Banning for this is just rude and senseless. Yes you shot before he wrote /Switch to end but how should he react in that split second and stop writing switch when he doesnt even know you shot him ? You could have fought with epix.

    But okay nice that Admins do not need any Proofs anymore, he could actually show us the record where we actually can see him shooting him before he dies ? ATM we are just trusting on DEDE´s words. On his replay we could easily see that it was not on Purpose and he shot him right before he switched.

    He obv. wants a record Demo File because everyone knows he does not have one, its ridiculous that you actually need one and a normal capture is not enough.

    Yeah we kinda now the rules and we follow them - but if this is against the rules, than the arent "easy to follow" because there is no Rule about this. Everything dede argued isnt some part in any rule.

    It is indeed a rule and has been a rule for many years. I'm a witness because I saw what you typed in chat and I was recording a demo at the time. If you actually understood how demos worked then you'd have your answer. I was able to view what took place in the demo. So was Dede and Doom. There are admin who currently have it in their possession. Any other admin who want to see the demo can request it and I'll sent them the link.

    I guess none of you have actually ever read the server rules in the MOTD. Those rules pop-up every single time you login. They are also located here on the forum: coldcommunity.com/rp/rebel_rules.php

    I screen capped and circled the part that pertains to this situation. Yes, you DID violate the basic rules of the game.

    So why is he banned now, you just send a Screenshots with rules which he didn't break - you can clearly see in his clip.

    No, you can't differentiate props that are spawned by different admins. And how should I take it as a joke as I barely know you guys.

    Epix(who was an eyewitness) during the skirmish, denzel and Kizaru confirmed that i shot him before he wrote /switch to the end. I've killed denzel earlier in the casino building, and it was highly likely that if he was near it that I would kill him again if I would have the chance again.

    Yes, he should've moved away to a safe spot to change his job -that's what I always do too in order to highly reduce my chance of suiciding out of combat.

    He was present during the skirmish so he is a witness. Otherwise, Kizarus statement would also be pointless by this logic.

    Like I previously mentioned, I killed denzel inside the casino while fighting epix and he had ENOUGH time to move away switch his job or switch his job earlier but instead choose to switch his job literally in front of the casino door, the place where he just got killed by me and by chance I will take the opportunity again to engage COMBAT with Denzel which I did.

  • Denzel messed up by "switching" at the wrong time , wrong place. This is the chance you take when you switch or suicide to "save weapons". This ban is legit and serves as a warning to others who do the same. Switching during combat is dangerous because of this. I would suggest to all who do this , to make sure you are out of sight and not being chased or shot at before switching.
