Your description of what your demo/screenshots contains:
The Cheese had a bounty, crime at 7000
Crazy was cop and tried to kick his door down several times. (sliding door garage house opposite PD) He warned Cheese but Cheese stayed up against the door stopping it from opening. I tried lockpick several times, same, door wouldn't move. His bounty line showed he was tight up against the door. He continued to taunt Crazy as he tried again and again to kick door. Crazy warned him at least 5 times, I did the same. Telling him not to be stupid and he risked a ban if he kept blocking. Eventually he opened up and got cuffed.
I hate to do this, I did let him know his stupidity would get him a short ban but he really didn't care.
Probably just needs a quick lesson. I think he's quite young.
UPDATE - just went back in, he's door blocking again. No sign of Crazy so he might have gone afk. He's being really annoying!!

Was there an admin online at the time?: Nemo was online but afk
If the previous question was yes why did they not deal with this?:
Does this player have any previous bans?: Not that i'm aware of, he's only 83 hours
