    Context
    I was told that I was definitely a major contributor as to why binds were removed. I had NoCrime Software binded and it was horrible to fight against if you were a cop. You literally had to tap one button just to remove 1000 crime which was overpowered and it was even worse during a cop chase, at least with manually clicking, you actually have to put in some time to remove the crime.

    Solutions
    Instead or removing binds outright, here are some solutions:

    1. Allow binds, but disallow some item binds such as NoCrime Software binds.
    2. Doom suggested that we have multiple sm_usebind commands maybe 2-3, I personally think 4 is a good number. This means that we can still have multiple binds, but our choices are limited.
