What rules did said player break?: Doc out of a Jail and combat
Your description of what your demo/screenshots contains: Cash being a sorry loser after getting skillcuffed and knowing I switched to revolver to kill and jail him, he went back into cover and disconnected.
I'd like to also add that Cash says on multiple occasions that he does not care about the rules and his actions clearly display that. I believe he deserves to be permbanned.
