As a bounty hunter, you receive double bounty when you kill somebody.
When a player has over 3200 crime, anybody can kill them to receive their bounty.
Players with a bounty will have a red line pointing to them.
Only a bounty hunter will receive double the bounty. Anyone else will just receive normal bounty.
