Here's what I'd like to happen.
BISMUT should give Hody $6000. $5400 in what he could have gotten from his 3 plants and $600 compensation for what happened, more is always fine but this is the minimum.
BISMUT, you'll receive a Warning for Kicking Door under 4000 crime and I'd like you to read through the Cop Rules again for me.
