Description of the Event: JackInMyPants will not release Rebels using the select and esc menu for cops. He keep's uncuffing the rebel while still in jail than kills the rebel, causing rebels to lose suit.
He has been told in discord this is not allowed and continues to say I have been doing it for 2 or three years and will continue to. In this demo he jail DOA, went back to pd uncuffed DOA and killed him while still in the cell
